The point here is that ANYONE (not just nurses) earning *MORE* than 30k, & are using food-banks must have a budgeting problem. I know very many people some in armed forces, bin men, bar staff, care workers, youth work staff, bus drivers, service providers and many many more (don`t want to forget pensioners).

Who can all live on less. Keep asking, having had to steward resources all my life.

Am I missing something ? you cant get by on 335000 A YEAR.

Perhaps people over stretched with mortgage, pets, holidays, fashions, IT. usage,streaming services ,sky Dish, type of transport.

Inflation hit rents, food prices, getting to places...But still got to sit work out costings.

I walk daily, get out early get warm have cuppa, chat check on family member we have radiators on.

Then later that day we have a boost, wrap up. Eat within our budget, not in credit nor debt to anyone.

So reading some music papers from a while ago also introduced someone to few newish folk tracks.

they did not like them .

But they enjoyed listening.

that real vital...tried to listen but simply not the trend they appreciate.

WITHOUT A VISION PEOPLE VANISH NOT KNOWING WHO TO FOLLOW.

Pastoral is such a word, l have been commissioned to lead Church community. Experience is in work among those, largely who do not follow teachings of Jesus.

Main focus has been Young people and immediate families.

Action plans always included Empowerment and participation.

Delegation part of this focus.

Hurts when see Shamanic males, leading in ways that do not embrace these principles.

They develop 'Cult following', building own power base. More so in Rural, isolated community.

They are not bringing people to Kingdom but to own 'way of being'!

Light must always shine onto Jesus.

‘Emotional literacy’ needs to be understood, use less the term Mental illness.

WAS ASKED RECENTLY.. Around Emotional literacy ( Term that`s heavy carrier).

Anyway was asked, Can Emotional literacy, be driving force in persons development. Would this be an explanation for becoming stunted in childhood. Well I am bit educated in this field, as with others, but neither is it my expertise, an adjective whose exact wording is fairly new, becoming more `practice sounding` in late 99 into the mid 2009.

Mental illness in my own view, is much overused, and Emotional literacy is not correctly understood. Becoming Detached, More isolation, lack of `social Cohesion/Modality, limited services, poverty, plus education are all factors.

In YCW we used to work on holistic framework of leisurely pursuits, emotional development, physical development and spiritual growth. Then we cut out Spiritual growth, worked harder at Sport and games, ignored emotional development.

Cut backs on programmes where leisure was vital.Sold playing fields, closed centres, Secularists became concerned with `educational achievement`, above Holistic growth. Now we have kids with low self esteem, Lack of self resilience, bullied, strive to be active on social media, but cannot hold a 1-1 conversation. Plugged into Mobile I.T. network yet never  smelt `Vinyl `,nor played a record to a group.

Missing talking to a large group about feelings, music they love, deeper stuff internal stuff Seldom young people get out of their own streets, Fear is huge issue.

Faith community which were places that groups gathered to form ,storm and become community. Become places we targeted for closure.

Here Individuals mixed with people of different ages, backgrounds, and shared beliefs. We no longer argue,debate,agree,ponder,reflect. We teach people to `google the answer.`

As long as the answers the one we want to direct them towards. Nearly 1 million people in last three years have change their gender, in last 3 years alone. One further example of us hiding behind a headline ,while ignoring, failing to identify real concerns.

A State of independence has advantages.

Someone told me this...  I don’t believe the church offers anything that can fill that void on a Friday night. It can’t make up for sleeping alone, hearing the floor creak and knowing you're alone. Church can’t fill empty spaces. It can’t erase that sigh upon entering a dark, empty home at night after night. It can’t provide a date for those events designed for couples. It won’t send you flowers on Valentine’s Day. It doesn’t make up for no presents on Christmas morning . It won’t make up for the countless microwave meals eaten church cannot make up waking up alone days, weeks, months, years, and more. There’s just no adequate substitute for family.

That not the role of church it neither role of Faith .

Sometimes, we don't find  . . .what you are looking for .. But it doesn't stop me believing in the Kingdom to come.

I'm not going to start deconstructing my following of Jesus.

Wonder why..beside another excuse to `exclude others` they don't like.

Jesus did not die so a few select can go to Heaven.He came to bear witness to Love of God, by establishing his Kingdom here and now.

Yet this simple truth, central truth is not explored.

Because it would mean explore own inward looking culture.

Losing own comfortable culture where everyone appears as own identity.

Old,white,same class,agreement to `value platform` that very Victorian. Also `conservative` and more to do with so called` correct behaviour` then Kingdom principles.

As long as you agree, conform,play along.

Your on board,got your pass to heaven.

We should never conflate worry with legitimate concern. God gave us a brain and the ability to reason to help us solve problems. But when the issue isn’t solvable, we pray and let God do the floor-pacing while we rest in His sovereignty ❤️

I have often been asked, in some direct ways , Why do l bother about the God scene.?

It is important and it matters, to begin with making sense of God, religious practice,Spirituality,faith,following Jesus is fun!
Further makes my life better.Seen evidence it makes others life`s better.
Primarily l begin with it matters firstly to me, Kevin and the value,quality of this LIFE l live, among you via this medium sometimes.Also out there in reality.
Why does theology matter.  . . . Theology is the study of religion. It examines the human experience of faith, and how different people and cultures express it. Theologians examine the many different religions of the world and their impact on society..
I have devoted,spent a lot of working life, all of adult period, in the study working out with others, via youth community work settings , meanings of theology, mainly following of Jesus sense. 
it matters greatly that we ponder deeper stuff, find its place in music,films,poetry and the everyday stuff.

2022 struck our hearts. We cried out all the tears. All the prayers were yelled. 311 days. We have something to say about every minute. But most words are superfluous. No explanation needed. Silence is needed to hear. Pauses are needed to realize

We don't know for sure what new 2023 will bring us. I want to wish all of us one thing – victory. And that's the main thing.

Let this year be the year of return. The return of our people. Soldiers – to their families. Prisoners – to their homes. Immigrants – to their Ukraine. The return of our lands. And the temporarily occupied will become forever free.

Return to normal life. To happy moments without curfew. To earthly joys without air alerts. The return of what has been stolen from us. The childhood of our children, the peaceful old age of our parents.

May the New Year bring all it. We're ready to fight for it. That's why each of us is here. I'm here. We're here. You're here. Everyone's here. We're all Ukraine.

 Ugly side of brokenness in our society,

Has arisen.

Two men attacked young niece.

Police stated one of her attackers been in looked after system,

'So we have to be careful around how SIC we approach him.'

That uncomfortable for her Dad and Mum. Disingenuous to the victim.

Further cowardly threats followed, continued, still carrying on at present.

so in my own counsel ask. `Am l giving wise counsel`?

My caution,my advice, recognise has no impact.

Ugly emotions are at front.

What is the point of reflecting.

Further what place here spiritual advice around Prayer.

This is very tough Question to ponder.

But l am here,they are there. God is omnipresent.

Reality is pray works.

So to God of the heavens,the working angels, to the principality. I plead,l request,

l hope for powerful protection.

Guidance and justice . Amen.

In this Ugliness, God ask you to be present,

Leadership is about empowering others

In LIFE we serve others,by work contract.

We serve those in our family because we should.

Commitment to community we live in is part of service to others.

Serve perhaps those who are in love with the best.

Leadership is about empowering others.

Working yourself out of a position, often position of Authority.

Which perhaps is why some cannot use the principal.

Methods that are dear to us, can be costly, such leadership model's when not recognised will affect the individual economically.

I’m thinking now about just how far it always seems there is to go.

 £32,244 and using a food-bank? Worried as this appears to myself ridiculous something in my life hearing far too much. I earned a lot less than that for most of my Community and youth work career ,so did many of my colleagues.

Around less than a 1/3 of that presently.

Reading lot like this comment and these wages, so If true, which the wage may be,but using money in some wasteful method is likely,

Left wondering why learning how to budget and priorities is not more informally discussed, with examples of how people are budgeting.

Please l am asking out of my own ignorance, just help me show me this slowly, show me the way to believe that people cannot get by on the wages like 34 thousand

If the present wanting to make my way as faith believer. It makes sense, some things do. In nature get sense of storms, hope, a work taking place around us 

Sitting looking out my window, content, but feel society happy to leave God, faith even new hope outside of the discussion.

Finding more and more, the agenda is baise against any evidence, experience of Gods plans.

Powers like BBC other media exercise control over outputs. Belief and faith not how they want society to seek find answers,nor find hope.
