Pastoral is such a word, l have been commissioned to lead Church community. Experience is in work among those, largely who do not follow teachings of Jesus.
Main focus has been Young people and immediate families.
Action plans always included Empowerment and participation.
Delegation part of this focus.
Hurts when see Shamanic males, leading in ways that do not embrace these principles.
They develop 'Cult following', building own power base. More so in Rural, isolated community.
They are not bringing people to Kingdom but to own 'way of being'!
Light must always shine onto Jesus.
