Felt better till 19.00 in the evening slept 21 walk up took 3 more tablets fell back asleep, walk up. 

 Enlarged Heart

• Shortness of breath this l experience often... and no fixed pattern of behaviour but with exertion sleep times so lying flat creates more of a problem,hence sleep pattern affected.
• Leg swelling this has been obvious had vein grafted from right leg.
• Increased abdominal girth, . . so its not a`beer belly`after all.
• Some weight gain, certain tablets also do this
• Tiredness, fatigue, also due to blocked arteries.

The situation am in is that experience steadily worsening shortness of breath, feeling more tired ,left leg swells twice its normal size,

Something been happening to the listeners of the ARCHERS including me. But got very bored with drawn out storyline .It's very typical of the way Governments via BBC twist the public moods and views TGBL another example.

Radio 4 listeners have been gripped by the appalling treatment of pregnant Helen by her husband Rob Titchener – who has gradually bullied, manipulated, controlled and conceivably even raped her, despite friend and family thinking he’s near-perfect. 

Personally dragged on for a very long time, expecting listeners to recall ever nuance that the writers imagine some of the debates from broadcast been interesting and lot off abuse directed to two groups
firstly those wanting an end to the story line, mainly as they getting bored do not feel its appropriate vehicle for these issues, or they do not listen in for reasons of social change
Second group that gets abuse, MEN. in general who might critic the issue or the storyline.

The bombing this evening occurred in the one of the most crowded parts of the centre of town, next to many bus stops with people waiting to go home, arriving for a night out, and sitting in the park relaxing and drinking tea.

Is  the equivalent of a bomb going off outside Debenhams on the Drapery in Northampton, or on New street in Birmingham, or Piccadilly Circus in London.

Can you imagine being there? Can you imagine the place you walk past every day, the bus stops you use, the roads you cross being obliterated.

Can you imagine the victims? The teenagers catching the bus to go home, the grandparents walking into town, the people waiting for a taxi after a long day laughing and socialising in the sun.
