When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk
You'll never walk
You'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
You´ll Never Walk Alone
those lyrics have again become loud and sung proudly by the Hillsboro support group
in their fight get justice for the 96 fans of Liverpool football club who lost their life at the stadium during a footie match 27 years ago
the lyrics deserve us taking a moment to observe the meaning
they are very spiritual
but come from a little known musical
words talks about what hope awaits as you journey through trails of life
so in many ways its fitting for this group
BUT is it also fitting for us as individual facing challenges
life is hard
M Scott Peck, the author of the `road less travelled`
begins his support book,a book common to Counsellors, community workers, youth and
similar work where the person centred and group dynamics are important
life is hard
there will be storms,it not always easy to hold your head up high
how difficult must it have been for the `family of those unlawfully killed` to carry on
27 years for justice
read that again 27 years for justice
the wind
the rain
tossed
blown
all tough conditions as you walk on
life and its journey can appear to bring storms, uncomfortable conditions
rain
there are times when it may appear there is nothing but rain, wet ,cold ,difficult conditions
Wind
moves you of course, stumble relationships go wrong
I have prayed for 16 years . . since April 2004
about an issue
unanswered prayer
rain....wind..storms of life
blown around lose your way head is down . . struggle onwards
somewhere deep within me lies this feeling
its like my Faith
feels right
I know it!
In my heart there is hope
hope in God ... acceptance and desire to follow Jesus... belief
that Prayers get answered
better times return
storms end
its gets warmer
troubles disappear
life goes on
life does get easier
I get sense that l am not alone
that always been the case
God is with you and I
we never really walk alone...his purpose is to remain alongside us as we journey
to be a guide . . .companion
I don`t know your own situation in life at present
but this l do know
you are not alone
you are not forgottenGod is on your side
