Steve Bruce: Hanging on to what we’ve got. When I look at our squad today, we’ve got 24 players and a very good squad which is why we’re sitting where we are in the table. According to Birdlife CEO Mark Sultana, a record 10,786 white wagtails (Zakak Abjad) were recorded at Great Siege Square and St John Square during an annual count last Saturday.

“This year was a special year, with an influx of white wagtails visiting our islands, which coincided well with a decision not to prune the trees these birds seek every night,” Mr Sultana said.

“Thousands of birds flying in to roost is an amazing spectacle. We hope it encourages people to visit the city in the evenings to spot these beautiful birds.”

Salvo Montalbano isn’t a simple character, many ambiguities distinguish him.that perhaps what attracts so many including myself to his character and the stories

He really loves women but always ends up running from them, will he marry his lifetime love Livia,well they say he does,these character traits well they make him uneasy and insecure, around woman.

despite the awful chilly weather and the poverty many of us experience in the northeast
it was a nice feeling when the results came along on Saturday afternoon
worry about the cold when you get up in a morning and go to bed cold


But the entertainment of a football game made the day feel brighter
Along with Hull city result and this win other results where favorable
long way from the 3000 crowds and very seldom wins we encountered when l was a boy supporting the Tigers of boothfery park

I found myself welling up ,stopped and l cried

Looked at my book shelf and smiling from the cover of 'It gets better'was inspirituonal Katie Piper

said this before and l repeat one of the best and most moving books 

I have ever read,it should be essential in schools as men struggle with identity

So much learning that's my humble view

Felt stupid 

then felt fine  . . .about my emotion

yes you know what I cry  . . when we treat each other so much inhumanity

We have such potential for good

Often we use our potential for hurt and pain
