But walking is doable
Had great walk along sands at seaton Carew
Prayed
Walked
Thought
Felt really good
Some views do change

Yes this winter already feels long
May l suggest we still got a long way ahead as this season progresses
Nites come early days feel short
But good walk makes me feel alive
Can no longer do great distance
Already know l am slow
But the challenge the fun remains
A simple pleasure enjoyed by many this day
