Want to climb that cliff face, walk that high peak, Get qualification, find suitable employment, grow in a relationship.

NHS is struggling for four main reasons: 

Don't have enough money.

Not enough staff,Nor enough beds ,don't have enough social care.

But the staff are group of incredible people, every day face situations l know struggle with.Recently been challenges examining own Health.

But on the frequent visits to Hospital in relation to my son Matthew witnessed incredible expertise and commitment from staff at NHS ,mixed in the community provision.

but that a result of poor misinformation and recruitment.

Like in `youth and community work`, Health providers, social construction of workers position is not appreciated in culture.Love island and other soft porn actress are valued more in our society.

Fairs moving away..Promenades wishes it so!

The rides are emptying, food stalls not done much trade.

Screaming kids are at last heading to caravan parks.

Teens noticeably absent, Old folk walk around the fairground full of own childhood memories. Time when they had energy. Love waiting to be found.

Time for a bit of a storm, a lie down, rest up and get my health sorted.

Once upon a time, someone told me they were addicted to church.Maybe tried to attend every service, sometimes three times on a Sunday, be present involved every revival, go to all the conference they could.

Never worry about costs. Buy worship music, yes that is the name, seldom listen to this, Even l am told would go out of way to attend prayer breakfasts and lunch or coffee with as many religious leaders and preachers as they could.

Getting a fix to keep themselves in a fix. Trying to keep themselves and others what commonly called spiritual high.

Money they spent on these ideals would be no burden.

The books nearly forgot the Books your expected to have on your shelves,need a separate room just to shelve them.

Seldom get read properly.But many own them.

Have to get all the TAPES/CD`s of the talks.

Let me tell you a little about such talks.

Someone address you on these subjects for often a hour and 20 minutes.  

Lot of agreement ,nodding, note pad filling.

You really had to keep your stuff together, Attending events,buying books,travelling to listen. Believing if don`t behave like this,  you’d disappoint God.

Mostly to do with development, working the words out, in ACTIONS.

Among the poorest, your neighbours.

The elite gang they are a part of, soon fall away when you ask Questions.

Been dealing with those in Authority,adult assessment care,Health providers, practicing social workers.Duty workers, care packages,requirements, declined and `black balling.`

Think am pretty clued up with language ,attitude and questions around resourcing.But the service provision is managed by people so removed from client base experiences.Which results are more difficult to have understanding with these people.

Many are not skilled in conversation,nor have life events that come close to any requiring support ,help, off simple basic circumstances ,like the situation clients are experiencing.

They rejected us Leaders,with our experience,knowledge,credentials, qualifications. Our life events replaced with `WOKE`elite skilled only in self perseverance.

 Like to watch people exchange communication. Learning from conversation and exchange.

I watch like my friend PP told me, can sit observe on your own..he was talking about where we all get the bus to the ferry in Gozo.

But last conversation was so opposite many l have witnessed. this last time l was with good Friend and we gently shared our observations.

that was worthwhile.

      life is slow..tough...complicated and tiring

An Oldman tied up his dog outside the shop. Struggles with the required list of cheaper things from pound stretcher. A angry woman later, see the dog tied up, feels disturbed 

To all and any listening she points out the cruelty of action of old gent.

I watched. Clenched teeth and fist, "l hate cruelty"

Evangelically shouts to echo chamber gathering.

Targets shop, finds old gentleman, at till paying for his goods.

`How dare you leave a dog so long?`

I watched. Others hassled the situation, after taking some abusive language.

Old Gentleman points out takes care of his dog. Visits vet. Dog was in no harm.

Had watched, anger, misinformed crowd, excited angry Woman made harmful accusations. Spoke with the old gentleman.

He had been disturbed by word's, appreciate kinder words we exchanged.

Communication can be harmful. It does not need to be.

There was no sharing. Wrongful word's expressed falsehoods exchanged, mistrust grew quickly. No listening lack of control.

This was angry emotional voice, which sought control. This lack of control was useful tool to mask what was really going on with the angry old woman. She played game in public. Seeking conformation of her role, protector. 

While echo chamber danced to tune which she played. By supporting her they did what counsellors identify..as strokes. Confirmed her view, supported her outburst. Wondered how many time has she done something like this. As it was so public. Asking myself and you of course. 

Was it an expression she uses in home life.?

Like to watch people exchange communication. Learning from conversation and exchange.

We make happy memories.

It is warm, warming, our harts and minds. It doesn’t matter. 

All that matters is the memory,understanding,recalling moment,

and l am there again to feel it.

They are with us,even those long gone.Maybe some of these memories will become warm feeling recalled for others.

Cognitive connections bring us to that time,that place even though its changed.

But we have to be careful, well l think we have to be careful, that we do not glorify the past.

Nor should we demonize the past.

Witnessed lot of such behaviour in what called deconstructing around `faith of followers of  Jesus. 

We all wander, some settle very quickly in a place, my work did not afford me such an exercise so my ministry ,vocation, became itinerant. Had these opportunity to meet believers .people, youths,agency workers,neighborhood people from different life experiences.

 Some itinerant credentials allowed me with access to number of different fellowships. 

The goal always to establish gatherings focused on teachings,example, following of Christ, Christian way.

as l said to someone in Church gathering yesterday

confident l am not complete in my being, but Christian gathering is about self journey BUT also group journey.

so mistakes, IF that is the word will happen.

My church memory at all those places are Warm.Because l keep growing.

You must develop.

Like myself not everyone who wanders is lost.On the journey!

When we met in gatherings of faith community, we were young.
Discovering Social cohabitation, Becoming included. Grown up?
Getting to know those we seldom met in this` open community`. Church.
We knew  of `the old folk`,
we did not know how they had lived,
soon learned how they were living.
Discovered others interested in us as person, asked about our lives! Seldom had that happened.
Engaged with each others concerns,issues,life.
good positive adult models, shared how we lived.
Music, football,sports,school,workplace..
Shared collective experiences, became interested in each others journey.
Faith came into the mix.
These were the folks whose income,ability,money,time,effort .
these people kept all building,infrastructure working.
They learnt about our journey. Together we journeyed forward.
Aspects of this way of belonging are not still in place.

Church community must remain, belonging place to be.

 It's was really Church events, simply eating meals, but felt like grown up. Adults at tables with kind older folks.Nice gathering where we developed social understandings.

Yeah we had other stuff. These meals special, because in environment with wide age range, further people had life experiences.

Discovering we plus them was

not a 'thing' .Life being shared.

Play nice, meet people in the middle, be kind,polite,quiet...my Arse

The ones who perhaps can`t grasp teachings, further need not to reflect lost way of being,but sense of belonging to something better,something different, Missed out on Kingdom way of behaving don`t understand, Jesus was also a trouble.

Jesus remains as he was, gatherings, community, about meeting people where they are at,about listening, something we are very ineffective at, they often say ,not judging others.

Always actively listening, there this thing called Red Letter Bibles. words of Jesus.

But more often there more words about Questions and words spoken to Jesus.

Constantly engaging, active chatting, discussion, debate, arguments.

Now for Saturdays major news.

Big groups are now interested in buying Hull City products. I think we are going to launch a big number in Turkey. Everywhere I go people want to buy what I'm wearing from Hull City.

 We all need to understand what the team can do. We have two players now who could be in the Premier League. We have to combine the new players and after 10 or 12 games we can see how quickly we adapt, then it's easier to say how we can do. Without hard work we won't succeed.
