Been dealing with those in Authority ,adult assessment care,Health providers,

practicing social workers.Duty workers, care packages,requirements, declined and `black balling.`

Think l am pretty clued up with langauge ,attitude and questions around resourcing.But the service provision is manged by people so removed from client base experiences.Which results are more difficult to have understanding with these people.

Many are not skilled in conversation,nor have life events that come close to any requiring support ,help, off simple basic circumstances ,like the situation clients are experiencing.

They rejected us Leaders,with our experience,knowledge,creditainals, qualifications.

Our life events replaced with `WOKE` elite skilled only in self perseverance.
