Managers have been rewarded for their achievements on a monthly basis since 1969 when the award was set-up to recognize the excellence in performance by managers throughout the league.

Nigel Adkins became the eleventh Hull City boss to have been the recipient of the award after his side remained unbeaten throughout the month of December, accumulating 16 points from a possible 18 in the process.

Warming seas linked to bluefin tuna surge in UK waters.

Yes that what been reading about, not sure if l bothered only swam in UK sea one time last year was July and pleasant,also price fish high, even tinned Tuna, tinned Sardines, expect you are like myself, notice these prices a bit more then perhaps 'others' who may be on higher income.

In 1930s, the species was a common sight in the seas off Scarborough and was highly prized by big-game fishers. However, from the 1940s, the species began to decline and by the early 1990s had all but disappeared. But over the past five years or so, sightings of the warm blooded fish have increased. 

DIET WAYS l had 22 days without meat last month which when you consider it included Christchaosmass and new year that significant. don't believe lost any weight but feel lighter not got any other measure to add.
