‘state-of-the-nation report on UK poverty’, which shows that child poverty is increasing, as more and more working parents are left unable to make ends meet. JRF also reports that pensioner poverty is rising, having fallen steadily for nearly two decades.

Where we live together with others, some may try to tell you is a place, where we are re-made, young and old, together.
but that some Utopia.Reality it a damp dirty, wet place .Not often one of safety
Wit and wisdom are gifts given for the good of the community – not for the ego of the individual.
where l live and the community placed among/in. well it remind myself, that we are not the beginning and end of our own knowledge; but that we depend on those who we live among to see differently, more clearly and live more generously.
well God knows, we need to be able to see and live differently, but missing at present is this .."life in all its glory", you know life that vibrant, inspiring.
Life here, its draining, its hopelessness, its grey stark and not inspiring.
Its a life of stretching meagre resources, working to get by,passing others whose dread and fear is there, visible in body movements.
when it feels as if our traditional institutions – political, religious, economic, educational – are not really helping us
THAT touches the edges,Then it here in that wide now, time of now, space filled by now.
That faith thing is not answering...
