Have l compromised ?

The minor prophets Joel, Malaki, along with Isaiah.

All came up today in our spirit filled conversation around ethics and kingdom values associated with these parts of the Bible seeking justice feeding the hungry, clothing those naked. Visiting the prisoner. The idea that our society becomes more Dickensian. Poor getting poorer.

Petrol prices are damaging so much of the fabric of our society. It's closer to £2 per litre that really hurts. Affecting transportation of food along with poor quality of provisions.

What for myself is the biggest pain in my heart is the struggle those on limited incomes the single person. The child with parents who are educational stumped. These people are forgotten by the rich political elite. Again we see a callous disregard of those experiences such injustices.

These claims on our discipleship the calls to speak out and challenge the powers are essential to those embracing the Kingdom values spoken by the Prophet. Jesus came to fulfil these brothers in the faith acknowledging the importance of justice mercy and compassion.

These are not bonus teaching's they are critical and should not be compromised. To often the Church has sold out weakening these teachings and bring part of the world into church teachings. Compromising to what authorities wish us to speak about this diluting the gospel message. Individuals need to examine the above and question own commitments.

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
