Heart issue and emotional literacy

Loneliness is associated with high blood pressure and heart disease — it literally breaks our hearts.

 A 2015 meta-review several demonstrated that several studies showed 

loneliness increases the risk of your chance of dying by 26 percent. 

Loneliness is a huge issue and it's not just old aged and I'll in health

I recall John Smith the evenglical Biker talking about this issue years ago

It stayed with myself

Like bullying very serious issue for youth workers among, inner citie and rural communities. 

(Compare that to depression and anxiety, which is associated with a Comparable 21 percent increase in mortality.)

Had a truly awful evening with my health last night worse for many a year.

Life it a wee bit tough at present

But balance been fine on the journey

When first got really ill …found the breathlessness very tough, thought first few moments so difficult

Then like many things that affect your living

Get used to this

Today it simply not so

Pretty difficult so l am heading home

to switch on an oxygen machine and sit breathing through this.

Today like most weekends its been mega cold. Time to make some warm food and settle down.
the impression l am getting is that others are doing the same
this leaves a real disconnect that we do not examine
why do we not do something that helps people connect better
thus improving the mental health and social mobility. What do l know?

Equality leads to discrimination and inequality, 

the very old cult of celebrity (its not new) means that many know all the names of the Kardashian children,but not how to boil an egg. 

Without getting into an argument people can be confronted about what's happened on TV, twitter, face-book, and all the other social medium outlets.

But we do not know how to sit and chat together.

Love has been replaced by Lust but the trouble with Lust is people fall in love, because no one teaches that Love is more then Sex.

when offering  support for sick and disabled people, CAB  Citizens Advice, has confirmed that problems associated with Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) is now the issue that Citizens Advice clients most commonly seek help with.

In the past year, Citizens Advice dealt with 457,759 problems to do with the widely-criticised benefit. Since 2008 the charity has helped people with nearly 1.5 million problems associated with ESA.

Why is it that blighted estates where people have limited opportunities still develop and grow. Grow worse that whats we are talking about.

Yet other are getting richer and with that comes power!

 Been watching a bit of a guilty pleasure COACH-TRIP where people trip together,and vote for them to stay on the trip or to leave.
But these people wouldn’t go anywhere near a coach holiday.it appears to me the contestants  just want to be on TV. 
But that’s not OK and its not fine, completely changing the format into some kind of wacky weekend for educational welfare units older precipitants, but it strips the premise of its bumbling appeal, and makes it exactly the same as any other reality show.

Well tonite all the BB17 TV series will finish, another final of CBB ends
Why do l watch this programme? If you don`t know me like bit of trash TV.
It`s about relationships and group dynamics?,
how people relate to each other and maintain the bonding?
Boundaries around behaviour are displayed ,like you, we watch sometimes open mouth at the antics!
Other times discussing with our own friends more so our mates, family the relationships.
Wonder at the `shallowness` ,how people boast about possessions, What they have acquired.
Witness the little drama that erupt ,causing such division, bit of disharmony!
How would you react?
Are they  similar situations in our own relationships?
Deeper we go, explore why cannot others offer forgiveness
why do people hold onto a spoken word ,words hurt, again more hurt or empathy from others?
Do the groups presently working among forge smaller similar groups and what upsets them?
Further how do you get to be in these new groups? or are we always going to be excluded

like the outsiders! `Micro think` the sides people choose
Digest ,discuss the arguments.
Perhaps recognise our own witness in behaviour we do not approve of,

it hurts,it makes us think.are we (like this). in similar situations
How do we react?

Suddenly the TV show  it is all over! ,some of BB we completely forget about.
Perhaps those of us working with the following ,Individuals, Group's
Community!
It has something to teach, always striving to understand better using this medium to learn!
More-so  about myself, family and relationships l work/live,plus have life among. . 
wider the community l come from and am living among!
Its entertainment, its fun, The TV drama and ends this evening, LIFE drama goes on.

what a day yesterday as me and my son travelled the moors and coastline before he headed home to Yorkshire
we spent lot time talking and sharing on interpersonal level
watched TV and enjoyed some people centred programmes
listened to different music as we pilgrim along the road
enjoyed the wildlife not so active at this time of the year
thanked God we thanked God for simple stuff like
safety on our journey
and stewarding of limited resources like food
limited warmth we could afford
the good health and fresh ingredient
 used as we cooked and ate together
life not always what we wish but simple stuff can be so rewarding
