Look at an image in an Art gallery. Let the stillness of the images stay as you observe in silence. Breathe carefully enjoy the nothingness. Life waits. Later you can join the speed of everydayness.

Set down all the plans. Ignore durations of time. Preserve something of ordinary time. Join people society and community in little while. Do this often.
