Even though secular ways of being taken firm hold in Government ethics, control of the BBC. Evident especially in education system that's not fit, even through the present leaders of our country doing stuff that even shames the last people in power.This here what we are digesting is result of that new direction.

Maybe spiritual is that force for good which entered your life, slight note always communicating with you. Such themes echo along with ~`higher power, struggling you lifted me , l was low you rescued myself`.
So how do we Hold onto faith, when one is feeling less like God, spiritual or even like following Jesus. My remedy is to recite `Lords prayer`, speak a `psalm` and keep repeating it over, finding say type of blessing over for 3 repeats. Speak quietly `Lord Jesus hear my prayer`... PAUSE...again and gain.
That keeps me in the mix. Be grateful, love nature. Switch of the TV , read...re read. Good if its the bible but any theology will work. Read lyric sheets. Compose a spiritual playlist.
Write down why you believe. Why your finding spiritual dynamics not working.
Faith includes doubting. Faith is a sojourner.
