Suppose really l processed same understanding from own reflective practice. Many around us come to similar if not same beliefs. As growing older concerned began proscrinate in my thinking. Perhaps recognizing this behavior is vital. Yesterday for first time in diagnostic interview around health. Was asked some mental health questions. Which included:-

• Do l have good contact with family and friends.
• Am l spending lot of time alone.
• Do l go out example to shops or events.
• Since retiring do l feel valued.
• Would l volunteer.
• Do l meet people outside of my home.

              Honestly although not expecting questions , OK with reflecting. 

Told one question that 'force able answered'. Two that 'took time to answer" it was noted. Is this measure of a good society when we invest in older by caring for them. Taking an interest.

Ethically my faith always brought me into state of mind where community is important.

Spent time wondering why . . .

Ultra-processed food as a % of household purchases (Europe). 

The UK is the only country on this map to be over 50%. Now look at the huge difference between UK and Mediterranean countries.

The Mediterranean diet is full of salads , veg, oils, fresh fish, pasta dishes,modtly white meats. All difficult in many varieties in our supermarkets. Warm climate and access to cool swimming add to good health along with peaceful mindset. Leads inevitably to better relationships between individuals getting faith community ethics. That spills into the society wider.

Not saying this is easy but preventing WOKE agenda that needs economic support while creating division. Factor contribute to the wider holistic growth from cradle to grave.

Spent time wondering why are such issues not given air time on morning Breakfast shows...Ideal time slot for such concerns.

Instead of endless entertainment, lead dribble around fake tans, empty life's, rubbish soap scripts, grow your lips bigger. Some would argue that, Inflation busting price rises have made processed foods more affordable than fresh. Nearly all the old fisherman don't go to fishing waters previously but go 12 mile barriers and fish Lobster Crabs and shell fish.

Someone's been on journey like mine, journey like yours

Looking outward on cold autumnal day in low Summer. Breeze disappeared but still disappointed in warmth. Odd illness day sleeping bit too much. However LIFE journey carries me beyond this day.

Value well conversations,value the laughter value the music, kind that makes me want to sing along, try to dance,songs that touched my heart. Few that made me feel someone's been on journey like mine, journey like yours.

There's that song often listen too .  "We may never pass this way again"..Seals and croft .

They knew deep songs lyrics resonates with all through emotions, informs, urges and reflects. For a Sunday like to leave this blog ramble where we are..."We may never pass this way again"..so let's value the good stuff we've entered, further experienced today.
