The very strong wind is impacting Northern Powers ability to work at height and get the power back on quickly.
These very strong winds which have been predicted several days ago ...those very strong winds....yes them one's. ..
Once Northern Power....have assessed the extent of the damage,
( just guessing here ..)
Northern Power will have more certainty about when power will be restored.
Just put my BS dector on ..yeah high reading here
