#Morning prayer
You took up
your cross
Lord Jesus
for love of us
and of all people
and gave yourself for us
that even death
may be overcome
by your love
that will not let us go.
Help us respond to your love
by the love we return to you
and the love we show others
today and always.
Amen
Return Lord Jesus to this bitter fallen world.

 In the first eight months of 2026, over 3,000 Christians have been killed in targeted violence across Nigeria.
