So where is the hope?

I want you to know I still love you
Even though we've been dancing on broken glass,
Parade all your memories, for the moments we shared
Never fade away I want you to know I still love you
When I walk down the memory lane
Where the night swears its love to the stars
There will be no more tears today...ultraviolet...

In this age of uncertainty, suffering, perpetual violence and war (not unlike twenty century Europe), What and Who can show us the way toward contemplative peace. . . .  In a world of deadly diseases and ecological disasters. Further to be added to things that may worry you this day.
My friends guess what the internet has on you. Your address, your history, your relationships, ( glad they got them thought didn't have any, l'm not most social butterfly). Social media got your views, well that should keep them very busy, All filed, all accessible, all without your permission. ALL right.

LIFE is complicated messy plus hard work those huge things pick any from above. There the smaller concerns we faced inflation. Immigration lack of social cohesion, damaged relationships, poverty, poor housing. LIFE IS TOUGH. So where is the hope.
It's in your resilience.
It's in your strength that overcame the bully.
It's on your efforts to be a good neighbour.
It's in the value you place on friendship.
It's that gift you frequently add to the food bank.
Where is the Love it's in you all you hope for others. It's in the love you revieved. It's you kicking the darkness till it bleeds the light.
You..yes it's in you.
 So where is the hope?
It's in every waking moment, its in you and l as we get angry at injustice. It's when stand in wondering at nature. It also when we shake a fist, (metaphorically) and cry to the heavens. It's when we wonder at the joy of nature. When we look up but can't comprehend the stars. It's in the lyrics of a song we share with others.
It's a difficult world one that needs us to live here in our place in it, valuing each other hoping and praying for a better day.

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
