 What's another way to say emotional stability?  Not sure that relating to performance of a team playing premier league football. Chelsea Leon Rosenior used these descriptions.

You should find calm, (of a place or situation) Free of noise, and disturbance. (of a person),  Peaceful, quiet, especially free from anger and anxiety.
