Not simple achievement.

 There's a joy in the synergy around good groups working together. It impacts all around them improving the culture of that environment creating joy inspiration and merriment. That is no simple achievement. good groups will self discipline be open to new members joining even when a member is detached perhaps lone working . A good group will want the very best for the individual you perhaps already know where this is leading.
