Conversations are not easy when we approach difficult subjects. So we need to develop strategy and approach the matter with some kind of plan. This is where may start to struggle with fact that mechanically we are exploring option to address humans. But when we don't ,
we then potentially because of sometimes 'our desire to softly, softly approach,', difficult conversation explodes or implodes. Often years of broken relationships exist because we didn't look at our options.
AVOID. ... Disagree with those who say avoidance is a card shouldn't pay. Sometimes you might be the best option. Even with the view to return later to the issue. But To avoid also worst option.
DISMISS. To not accept another's view and explain why. Completely not accepted view held by other person or group. It painful recieving allows nothing for construction. Little if anything to build upon.
CONFRONT. This is difficult this to me is hard. But have to sometimes approach difficult situations by outlining the facts while also demonstrating feelings plus own hurts. Such strategic thinking is not easy but vital of Way Forward can be found.
