This little blog hit the nerve of your feelings: like many of certain age,period, attitude may be aware watching too many screens, getting far too many emails, not looking up spending time watching the clouds in sky. The promise of struggling getting by on just about enough, doesn’t just sound like a good LIFE; it sounds like need to simply press pause.
That's odd you came here observing screen time but l do this. Sometimes we should just pause listen to music, drink cup of tea try to draw a leafless tree.
Put everything on pause, Allow silence surround or favourite sounds remain quietly playing. Sup your cup of water or whatever, even nurse glass of Jameson. Let God be present.
