You can control how fit healthy in body and normalisation of your mind. Those things you can control you remain able to deliver. These are two things you can control. Your diet you can control could determine how leaner you are. The fitness you develop is about how you control your strength. Among other things reading, discussing, gathering all allow you to control how emotional literacy plus resilience is developed.

These are things you can control. So do that. No one else is responsible. Start by making your bed. I got up in the chilly wind that bites and l swam. Went later to the gym. Collect bags books and went about the day travelling to majority comeback.

I planned my day. Passed those with headphones that cut out the world. Heard about man whose not worked in 20 years complaining about DWP calling him into office with his bank accounts. Saw parents and son deep into glaring at screen on their phone while bus travelled in to city. Never spoke. Don't work. Pastoraly offered support to this lad. But he not on control.

They are controlled by own choices to not work. To not spend time locked onto social media and games on phone. They Play at LIFE no control.
