Some of my life habit's developed as l was growing up around role models. Role models who like myself didn't get to be recognised. Just the habits like appreciating nature. Long walks across cliff tops of Sea Often in the North. My mind and life style found doing this healthy pasttime would be one almost a daily way of being.
Taking time to be with God reflecting, pausing reading , also talking with others. Then 'to it' becomes a good habit. So it sticks becomes the normal. These as teenager were small changes that l invested in ... became more about my identity then l was aware . Small steps to move away from X white working class unskilled uneducated northern lad
Started to develop good ways of 'performing and processing a better way to be', in a different way.
Just simply as l can be by adopting good habits.
