Take a walk, perhaps in the woods, drive a while listen to some music. Reflect, empty your mind. It's possible. Breathe,listen to your body. Look at the sky,lookup at the canopy above you. Is it trees, or long distance hills.
Walk. Walk a little. Walk a little more. Go further.
Have you become detached from that place you have just driven away from?. It will still be waiting when you return.
Enjoy now. That's another nugget of advice. Walk back. Walk that last bit of your journey. Head home.
