And the ringed plover walked the seas l had just paddled in.
And the sun shone ever so brightly, while everyone’s mood appeared uplifted.
And the Sea fret looked like it may pay a visit, just enough of a breeze took off the heat of the day.
And my mind returned to you Son. How much you loved the days like these.
And the laziness, the cups of coffee, pleased to drag on a fag, as the pirate ship sailed into the bay.
And of course l waved simple hello, in case in ‘Heavens windows’, you thought we’d forgotten you.
