Gov uk ,figures squeezed out of DWP in response to a parliamentary question have proved the DWP’s agents are full of Lier`s.
They show that in 2021 the reasons claimants won their PIP appeal were:
- New written evidence provided at the hearing: 1%
- Cogent oral evidence: 32%
- Reached a different conclusion on substantially the same facts: 59%
- Other: 7%
So, new evidence is actually extraordinarily rare.
But the truth is, the DWP don’t really care how many appeals they lose, because it still saves them a fortune.
is this what we have become Society that defeats the vulnerable and poorest ,GOV UK lie to do it.
