 Just go for a walk...away perhaps country path or the beach.

Maybe if money allows have cuppa in local cafe.

Breathe.

Invest in you...reflect...give thanks....

Like others we all been through far bit...

Emotions around refugees......

Concern for injustice...

Desire for mercy....

Breathe.

In your thoughts ,ramblings, prayers.

Expressed concerns.

Breathe.

Walk...pray...reflect.

Tomorrow share with another.

But today it's a bit of self investment.

Breathe...walk... pray.
