When l get ill
Struggling to breathe
Heart stops several times an hour
Have to use a machine to aid me
Keep falling in and out of sleep
Bit of memory lose
Days over and can do little
Unable to process correctly
It's main cognitive narrative that gets interrupted ! Feel silly.. powerless
But cope learnt to accept this health challenge.
So bear with me..........
