Clear system error

In my conversation with Church leaders 

Too many leaders appear from privilege background,
Hold unchecked oppressive attitudes ,rise up in discussion on disabiltie, class
Urban thinking, very often ignorant around issues faced by the local congregation,
Sadly further those living nearby hold.

Issue of poverty is felt tobe handed down by God.

Lack of humble,mercy, righteous understanding is painful to observe
