HUMBERSIDE POLICE AND THEIR FAILING REPORT IT FORM
My car was hit by person who drove off at speed gestating
after one hour twice failing to fill the form in to report it l conclude
that the worse Police force in the country is living up to its reputation
the form when completed and that is not easy
points you back to something that just does not exist
hey ho
it stops crime being reported
