everyday stuff

Biatrial enlargement is diagnosed when criteria for both right and left atrial enlargement are present on the same ECG.
The spectrum of P-wave changes in leads II and V1 with right, left and bi-atrial enlargement:

 Anyway we have some great doctors in the NHS and l am very fortunate to be living in this time and at this moment.

 The local Library is a great source of `social literacy`, for myself and very many others. We are able to connect with the people who are far away from myself at this time.

 Today l am welcoming some friends and family who are helping me with a hard task.
Express gratitude for these wonderful people.
Yesterday l walked along the cliff tops taking in the views and keeping warm despite the icy blast it was good to be out and about.
Further had some soup in local cafe and chatted briefly with me `mucckas` ...(mates).
  
 Sometimes we miss the Thrill plus value of everyday stuff, 
forgetting the blessings they bring.
