Scene of a challenge .....

one day like a few l
nearly lost my life
the tide came in as me plus Matthew my son,  and another went out, to look at the seals nearby.  Suddenly instead of the tide being around
our ankles it was within paces around out knees.
Quickly we took back our steps then went lower into the water as entered a cave we used to access nearby rocks it was above
shoulder height.
With some urgency plus slight panic we got through struggling water filed my mouth pushed the my son ahead.
When we came over the rocks at
end of the cave the tide was lower
we turned a bend into another part of the beach.
Then we paddled to the shoreline
passively walking to shore and rested.

Got though this moment but l forget time brings challenges
 we shall get through.
