So a guy drives by some young female army cadets aged 12
He has foriegn number plates and is dark skinned
He threatens to behead the girls
Arrested
Guess the outcome
Six weeks suspended sentence
That can never be right
I can only guess what would happen if l said something remotely similuiar
Well l cannot because l wouldn't
