STEVE Harper says Hull City’s focus cannot drift towards a looming FA Cup semi-final at Wembley after suffering another set-back in their final push for Premier League survival.
A 1-0 loss at Stoke City on Saturday frustratingly condemned the Tigers to back-to-back defeats and left them still searching for the last three points that manager Steve Bruce believes will guarantee safety.
Swansea City are next up for Hull City at the KC Stadium this weekend in what will be the last chance to pull clear before thoughts turn to the eagerly-awaited date with Sheffield United in a fortnight.
That Wembley date will see City aim for the first major final in the club’s 110-year history, but Harper has warned anyone dreaming of FA Cup glory will be in for a rude awakening with their league fate still to be decided.
personaly found another defeat upsetting it was not a good game to watch but expected a bit more then what city players put up throughout the season city been lacking something spirit skill l do not know waht true we are one of the poorer teams but it time to enjoy out place inthe sun/limelight
the fans have been very loyal giving emotional and finical support so lets hope the players repay that investment
