Hull residents have spoken of their shock after they were evacuated when a suspected explosive substance was found in a house in their street. People in Kilnsea Grove were asked to leave their homes yesterday morning after the potentially explosive substance was discovered following a call to police.
A 15-year-old boy, a 49-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man were arrested at the scene after a member of the public called Humberside Police shortly before 3am.
