You need a shave , hair cut ? bath - probably ! warmer socks ,deer stalker hat that covers your ears ,Gloria ! (daphne )or thick lined long coat .thermal undies for sure .Thermal gloves .Get your eyes checked .Water bottle for bed .Stay warm .Stay dry .Stay clean .There is life in the old ticker yet .
