We now have our four music headiners - Amadou & Mariam (Friday), Lemar (Saturday), Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (Sunday), and Duke Special with band and the Greenbelt Orchestra (Monday). They'll be joining hundreds of great names across the weekend, including Barbara Brown Taylor, Jim Wallis, Francis Spufford, Courtney Pine, the London Community Gospel Choir, Thea Gilmore, Milton Jones, Inua Ellams, Jon McGregor, Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, Simon Mayo, The Hip-hop Shakespeare Company, and so much more... We'll have more information about who'll be appearing on which days of the festival very soon.
We can also today reveal that the brilliant Clare Balding will be broadcasting her Sunday morning Radio 2 show live from Greenbelt. We'll have more information about how to be part of the live audience in the next Dispatches.
There's an introduction to a strand of talks at Greenbelt 2013 about Radical Theology on our website - featuring John Caputo, Peter Rollins, Marika Rose, Katherine Sarah Moody, Lucy Winkett and Kester Brewin
Its a place were the youth from 13 upwards can be free to paddle and experiment with spirituality

Going places...

Some people just don't        know how to be Kind.         Age doesn't season them,       time does not mellow Them.  Try ...

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
