Five UK-based terror suspects have been extradited to the US after a last-minute appeal by some of the men was overturned in the High Court.

Two High Court judges, led by Sir John Thomas, said it was "unacceptable" that extradition proceedings against Abu Hamza al-Masri, Babar Ahmad, Syed Talha Ahsan, Adel Abdul Bary and Khaled al-Fawwaz had taken so long and that such processes should "be measured in months not years".

According to the Police,when they arrested Abu Hamza  he was hiding in his safe house. As a result, it's been renamed the 'not-so-safe house' in Islington,
