5 days without

had 5 days without my medicine pills etc . .
had 5 days without meat kinda an accident
no loss of weight and no other effects

finished a mega hard technical and theological job today
4 hours yesterday
5 hours days before
include a journey to west Yorkshire
that's a lot of effort

plus time spent helping Mate with building
walking
that about it for my week
