Beach life Hull 2012

AN ALARMING number of families in Hull are unable to afford basics such as bread and milk.

Demand for emergency food packages has increased tenfold in the city over the past six months

in 2012 We should not be facing such issues
someone has switched the price tags
again the church is stepping in and filling the Gap
WE MUST MIND THE GAP
between those who have enough and those without
WE MUST MIND THE GAP
between the rich and poor
WE MUST MIND THE GAP
between powerful and those who are vulnerable
WE MUST MIND THE GAP
between the girl vulnerable in a children's home
and those who listen but refuse to accept her words
WE MUST MIND THE GAP
