Sometimes just feel the need to walk and reflect, found it useful, slowly meditate on these words from Psalm 23

Live by north sea it always on either my left, or my right in coming out at start of day, or end of day.
See ships passing,
beach fires,
people fishing,
couples walking
Odd person running keeping fit.
Thus l find.
He leadeth me by still waters.
