over used word and really not sure many understanding

all into short supply these days

With the new season only three weeks away, and heralded by Hull citys return to the premiership elite, this departure has provoked chaos and dispute  at the KC Stadium. 

Bruce is understood to have left with  heavy heart .His position was untenable further his  relationship with Ehab Allam, the vice-chairman, broken..

Mike Phelan, Bruce’s assistant, was placed in caretaker charge on Friday night.

With Assam Allam, Hull’s owner, to whom Bruce has always been close, seriously ill, and his son Ehab keen to sell up, the manager has been unable to strengthen an injury-ravaged squad. Although Allam Jr has placed takeover talks with two interested consortium on hold until after the transfer deadline, Bruce failed to sign a senior player this summer.

To exacerbate such problems, Michael Dawson, Moses Odubajo, Allan McGregor and Bruce’s son Alex have suffered long-term injuries. Meanwhile Chuba Akpom and Isaac Hayden, who were on loan from Arsenal last season, have departed, leaving Hull with around 12 fit and experienced players.

It is believed crisis talks with Ehab Allam on Thursday ended badly ,that when Bruce failed to appear at Cottingham training base early Friday morning, coaching staff informed the players he had quit. 

Intensely loyal to their mentor, they were said to be angry and upset, sentiments reflected by Hull fans who, like the players, had been fearing this moment for some time.

COPING WITH EVERYDAY WICKEDNESS

As the terror and the wickedness creeps into the everyday
what can we do
how can we cope


first l think we need to retreat maybe just for a few minutes
pause
seek God pray
It something some of us do daily anyway so it should be second nature
take time and seek God
ask the holy spirit to come alongside you
think away your own hatred
console oneself
ponder on these things
read a psalm
again seek God
guidance
protection
support
then ACT


How well if your are seeking God it not for myself to answer here
but do all of the above first

The future might not be what we want

It may not be what we ourselves needed 

But it gets here .....
every new found morning 

The future gets here

One thing l have found to be true

Love one another

Follow Jesus

With the appointment of a new Prime Minister today, please pray for those in authority.

As Paul says in these verses, we are to pray for those in the Government that we “may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness” and that men may be “saved and come to a knowledge of the truth”. Paul is making the point that governments can make it easier or harder for Christians to live out their faith and to share the Gospel.

l am not best at throwing stuff out made great soup yesterday due to my health issues at present, so its soup and yogurts but the weight gain is medical,           Sleep is disturbed due to pain but been here before.

   Only real struggle that l don`t like is the gasping for breath



Hospitals are great levellers if you ever feel depressed go to hospital witness those worse of them oneself that improve your mood it works for me every time

Also get chance to witness the best of a diverse humanity working to make people like me well and healthy

The findings of the eight-month investigation are little short of a public shaming for austerity’s architects. Since the cuts which came about in  2010 ,
we have faced“a disproportionate adverse impact” on the most marginalised and disadvantaged, these include children, disabled people, and low-income families.

The UN also highlighted the UK’s “exceptionally high levels of homelessness”, food banks, and persistent inequality ,
proud to be living in the 5th highest economy in the world

Wrestling with understanding of issues, Alongside the biblical narrative.
Developing a theology, to enable me to develop, further be significant to those around me.

this week is important like rest of this month as l have big hospital appointments

bit frustrated as l feel insignificant around what l am doing with my life

today was a slow start

while Friday

Sunday

all ended early as tiredness overtook me and l had to rest falling  asleep

share that because its life

not the life l wish nor want but it what l have been given

others got worse hand then myself

my significance is to carry on with good humour

Further looking for ways to contribute those around myself
