King and the Pawn,GO BACK IN SAME BOX

Nothing drags a mission down like wasted time,

Something we all remember is simply this.

I am a person of vision,

but also a person of ill health

“At the end of the day, the king and the pawn

 go back in the same box"

this week is important like rest of this month as l have big hospital appointments

bit frustrated as l feel insignificant around what l am doing with my life

today was a slow start

while Friday

 Saturday

Sunday

all ended early as tiredness overtook me and l had to rest falling  asleep

share that because its life

not the life l wish nor want but it what l have been given

others got worse hand then myself

my significance is to carry on with good humour
