4 F`s of youth work

Among the climbing,  the swimming , getting wet in this warm sun.However we had the sea mist in and around us.

 So it has not been quite as warm like some other areas

About to go to Doctors For a heart scan,

l have an enlarged heart this results in some flooding of my arteries with too much blood flowing inside

 then my poor broken heart has to work fast pumping harder to allow access material out .

Then my HEARTBEAT becomes more normal

                       its getting to be bar b Que weather.... time for a burnt sausage out in the garden

Yorkshire is in drought.

Another young man around the same age as Matthew this time he was telling me that l as a Gypsy was not allowed to drink a Cola in the club Heineken 777 in Criaova Romania.

when challenged later and told of my status and role he was ruffled

but today he is still doing the same thing

living the same life

losing my religion

 This was us  Fitness4Life  at our best the gears is up and ready for the young people.
There was so much that was ready to be going on....now everyone talking about money..the cost....how we cannot do this or that.....l am boiling MAD with what Bruce Corbham might call a righteous anger as we waste a generation . . . In my life time l have seen so much poverty and misuse of resources...it always the working classes those at the bottom who have to struggle so much..

Here and now the memory as we helped each other with life that's me in the middle helping Conner and being supported by Amy.
Do I  look fit......always where doing stuff that was engaging in and around out and about.

                  That's me in the corner losing my religion R.E.M.

Unemployment waste

Unemployment is wasting people skills
they say stay in your networks
but when not employed
Feel like can not contribute to conversations

Join in the social life
Or just call in for a connection
people treat you very differently

2 NEW CRIMES

Where has the wind come from?
No I dont actully mean that, not where but why.
Blowing people over.

There is not a lot going on and the `socially mobile` situation is evident.
People can not get around and connect like they used to,and aref inding networking difficult.
Not an issue for the politician,
but we,  as a society are becoming more insular.

One of the crimes of unemployment
is there are so many people
feeling less skilled and very wasted

About to walk......love my long walks get wrapped up and walk

Report in todays paper stated that many old folk only go out once a week
they talking about 60 +.
Many live in poverty
further seldom have right food, struggling in many emotional areas.
Prefer to say 'spiritual and emotional'

what can l do to make others more happy

l spoke and empowered others today.

that's a start, it not a great deal

 l know, nowhere near enough

but a start, my prayer's, actions will be much improved in this area.

A start.

Lord, we thank you for the vision and courage of those Christians who have gone before us. Help us, in our day, to minister to all your people. In times of uncertainty help us to rest on you. In times of despair, give us your hope.

In times of success give us humility. In times of change give us faith. At all times give us strength to proclaim your kingdom.

l like this prayer hope it enable others to reflect also
