Guess always do the God thing!

Does our faith enable or should it prevent us from making choices about our choice of vocation.? Should faith be left out of work practice. Can it be a hindrance and possibly obstacle to client base.

Reflecting on these questions because writing about my own youth community work practice. How one was doing community work mainly among non faith seeking youth.

As primary Church based worker it was pretty precise where could draw barrier and lay boundaries. In secular employment opportunities to share faith where still present. Reckon one behaved the same as you would if behaving on political agenda.

Anyway it's Sunday ponder for yourselves.

My knees started ache a lot going up the stairs.

Well looked at this article from the Jewish media what struck myself was the definition, in my own view. Of community work, better still `community development`. My Qualifications are in the realm Community and Youth work. Emphasised at University in Hull (one letter from Hell). Spoken lot about how community is formed in youth work settings. As speaker at events encouraged Churches to explore how  identity comes forward with `the programme `that should include as practice `multiple influences `– Gym and physical development, leisurely pursuits, informal education often vie discussions, Spiritual development with opportunities  for residential settings having strong enthesis way. Biblically the twin pillars of` Empowerment and participatory approaches` are the bed sets. If we desired to put such attitudes in place for our children and young people, Perhaps they would grow up in safe environment's, with good role models to shape decision making around, while also developing as holistic youths.

Labour Party councillors have raised concerns over plans to convert a former city center hotel into a giant 122-bed HMO. HMO would have rooms across six storeys, with each room having its own kitchenette area. The works would also include a refreshing of the building's exterior.

The site is currently an eyesore, But these plans by `liberal sanctuary loving council`, even got its biggest supporters closely examing the facilities available on the site. However they can see, Present city center issues of crime,

• sexual predators, 
• phone snatching.
• theft from shops.
• drug use.
• distraction burglaries' by Roma communities
• sleeping rough.
• Over numerical evidence of illegal economic migrants, active in city

All of the above classed as "the `current problem` is not just replaced by a new one." When actually really means these issues will only become wider, bigger and much harder to address.

Social issues like this are routed in lack of spiritual direction. So we are reluctant to confront issues as we are not guided to reflect the biggest question is this...Why are we identifying all people seeking Asylum as one bunch. When in fact we have ..

• Those seeking genuine refuge.
• Person who has chosen to over stay a visa application.
• Economic migrants wanting to achieve finical benefit.
• Actual criminals arriving by gangs routes to pursue activities.
• Terrorists well known there is a small minority active.

So what happens is we respond without guidelines or ethical choices we follow click bait, internet invitations. Misled to react instead of deep reflection concerning ourselves with views not just from media. To those seeking fear terror oppression danger there really is a place of refuge safety and home. But constantly led by falseness YET those being persecuted are not even on agenda of the news media, not discussed or recognised in social debate. No click bait for Christians being killed in Somalia. 

As one example. Al-Shabaab harassed and killed persons suspected of converting from Islam, and maimed and killed those who failed to adhere to its edicts. Al-Shabaab crept into a Mandera quarry at night, pulled sleeping workers from their tents, lined them up by faith — separating Christians from Muslims. They then executed 36 men in cold blood —  simply for being Christian.

She found herself in a hotel room with no certainty about tomorrow. Her asylum case was frozen in the backlog. Young Jewish woman from Central American country. Listened to the interview on radio was impressed as the conversation moved to playing football, others believing, but  also offering a form of forgiveness plus acceptance. talk about Mums cup of tea, market café work ethic. Hope that the natural stuff can become the main focus.

we all need to be given better chance, all need to be offered different chance, then maybe even the next day we offer same opportunities to the same person. Better chance, Different chance.

Maybe that's when we become the channel of peace. Its here we offer counsel hope grace all that big stuff that's sometimes required. Maybe we also offer a cup of tea in the market place to another who needs a listen.

I don't recognise my own town where strangers are those indigenous to heritage of the area. Fed up with threats of person protesting about issues getting labelled with racists comments. Got friends who have left the UK. Immigration  become large ugly topics nature and purpose of local community is hijacked .

Even though secular ways of being taken firm hold in Government ethics, control of the BBC. Evident especially in education system that's not fit, even through the present leaders of our country doing stuff that even shames the last people in power.This here what we are digesting is result of that new direction.

We still find God in the everyday, (there is the rub). Creative thoughts race into peoples minds as l found today, several folks, witnessed Sparrow hawk chase something low across fields of newly harvested Gold.

Maybe spiritual is that force for good which entered your life, slight note always communicating with you. Such themes echo along with ~`higher power, struggling you lifted me , l was low you rescued myself`.

So how do we Hold onto faith, when one is feeling less like God, spiritual or even like following Jesus. My remedy is to recite `Lords prayer`, speak a `psalm` and keep repeating it over, finding say type of blessing over for 3 repeats. Speak quietly `Lord Jesus hear my prayer`... PAUSE...again and gain.

That keeps me in the mix. Be grateful, love nature. Switch of the TV , read...re read. Good if its the bible but any theology will work. Read lyric sheets. Compose a spiritual playlist.

Write down why you believe. Why your finding spiritual dynamics not working.

Faith includes doubting. Faith is a sojourner.

Laughter messy creative days .

Everyone laughed we got creative, colours messy stuff, hands soon needed washing . Conversations between innocent  children, safe place of childhood. Unbridled playing around.

Scientific, technically advanced child is so much at ease with computers. Programmed a robot to paint. Adults felt so out of place. This was a quiet activity, part of local initiative to provide. My days chasing funding are over. My days organised  summer programmer ended. Younger females taken the reigns it fruitful. Client group observed enjoying this project so very much .

We are seeing as clear as day now an unequal application of the law in the UK. The whole political, economic, justice systems are damaged infiltrated by evil mindset. Society has completely broken away from fairness with correct justice applied to all. On the streets in Market place, alleyways and traversed roads the bus stop along local pub. Gatherings where 'Call for civil war' has increased.

People are getting angry. There is a place for righteous anger.

If you are perhaps blind, deaf, or simple do not have any idea about news issues. My feet on the locality move me to places where listen. Witnessed increasingly people feel fed up of how politicians have governed, the judicial system has been weaponised, used like Goering's Nazis Germany to put down local people.

While promoting hatred and the enemies agenda. This is how we are being policed, evidence why our freedoms are being taken and `Judeo Christian`, values been poked at.

The territorial Spirits are armed ready to use two edge sword. Saints have prayed carefully adjusting places. The full armour of the Lord is being dressed with righteous army ready for the battle.

Started to read this Psalm earlier today, wondered why? As I was slightly not in kilt with the way was leaning. But guess just wanted to be in the habit of reading a Bible Psalm. However the last line resonates with me in several areas.

Theology , how we make sense of God,  should enable the brokenness, misunderstandings of damaged,  fragmentated and threatened lives into a whole; it must give us true joy and realistic hope. Hope that's missing more and more. Sense of peace so absent in our community's but especially among younger individuals and children.

Listening to good theology affects how l think about the stuff of  LIFE. Wanting to explore more, look deeper, question further engage with others, It fuels debate gets a good discussion happening. where we debate, argue about the issues disagree further agree.

 Everyday we hear accurate conversations about chaos ruined our community's. Girls raped by followers of cult that loves death.

People holding cherished Judaism beliefs appear to be legitimate targets for daily physical attacks, Need reporting and professional journalism is poor inadequate in researching truth.

Statement of weight. Local authorities are committed to diversity without investigation into why this concludes in attacks on those who are thought to behaving oppressively. When in fact they often are not concerned or have genitourinary beliefs.( They not opposed just not concerned).

Such objectives are funded.

Culture are being attacked because they have place in heritage, historically they have existed. So they should be removed. The state declaration is clear.

Poverty has increased and worse for our beloved children. Anxiety and mental health along with bullying have crippled this generation of youth.

Spending figures unheard all to addresses these issues. Yet not taught them to seek shalom, don't trust faith journey to bring sense of wholeness.

At the time as we have morally looked more to non faith ethics.

You wanted an alternative to faith of followers of Jesus. Wanted this Hell of an experience.

How does it feel to be so fat Away from the garden.
