Recently along the river ness l watched a heron, transfixed feeding
Saw another up a tree swallowing food then it flew
Wow
Nature is so wonderful all around
Restoring our balance sense of peace
Place in the world
Often others via media of TV and photography
Turn us onto great sights and some sounds
Thank God for all their efforts
Like life so much requires our efforts
Often the struggle is worthwhile
However hard
Keep on keeping on
The rewards will be worth while
Now to take my own point of view to my own settings
