Two Maltese workers rescued from Libya have shown their gratitude to the government by helping personnel of the Foreign Ministry track other workers still in Libya.

One of the workers was plucked from the desert by a private flight operated from Malta two days ago, while arrangements had been made for the other worker to come to Malta on a Croatian vessel.

The two workers called at the ministry's call centre in Valletta to express their gratitude yesterday morning.

JUST LOOK AT AND ENJOY

Do you know what happens to crocus when they die

they croc

asain food after long walk day out

some Asian food after a really long day out
which had been taken up in the hills ankle deep in snow
further along the coast and trekking back to avoid
being cut off by adverse weather

really aware that the girls can be very body concise and worry when it comes to eating
however they enjoyed this food
being careful yet still feeb well

we have been really blessed in the relationships they have formed
stormed thru at times
but there is normality they live especially when spend longer times together

soon l will be leaving and part of my heart stays here looking back these will become ghosts and memories of all tried to achieve

risky business

well we found the snow too deep so we headed towards the coast
it was warmer
walking along the pier and the sands allows for chatting
sharing someone said
we build memories

sometimes we do not want to share
we hide
build a barrier
keep thoughts hurts feelings inside
it risky sharing chatting walking
opening out
too risky?

someone said last week "there is something of the Roma in me"

on Friday l walked for short while along the cliffs
the sound of the sea against pebbles on the beach is a sound so wonderful so paradise
l have this love for the sea
its sound
couler
might
and mystery
perhaps its not so deep
just a reminder of GOD

someone said last week "there is something of the Roma in me"

it appears the way l have become
this has been a 4 year stay in one place for 22 years l have moved always away from Hull
restless nor just work not searching just becoming
this is me

JOURNEY

JOURNEY
Soon l will begin a more peaceful restful energizing trip away from home and country from friends and family

JOURNEY
the most important journey trip passage we take is the internal one a moment when we connect with God and accept the lord Jesus as saviour

JOURNEY
perhaps your connection with God has not began yet
perhaps you met him and trouble worry issues got in the way and like the sandcastle
you feel life is different and no longer do you need to talk walk or be with Jesus

JOURNEY

maybe it time to pause and consider the teaching of Jesus and the life he encourages us to take
it a personal thing the connection
but the JOURNEY truth life can only be worthwhile fully when its with jesus

tide and times re trips

checking tide times and mini bus details
food allowances have youths got suitable clothing
warm clothing lot of preparation for visits+away days
parental consent forms permissions dietary requirements
The journey

do not know where l am going next
but l am sure what l believe
confident
not stupid wish or desire
uncomfortable
it is in the hands of
the only one who can uphold me ,deliver me
in the past he has raised me on a rock
restored my vocation
its uncomfortable
my life the lots in with Jesus

not sure is it late winter or early spring
felt. . . too confuse everyone
like normal windy wet summer day yesterday

we fished and crabbed
with all our plans made and provisions brought along for a wonderful time
however the fish were not biting
nor the crabs catching
still a load of fun

we still had ice creams and walks
laughter
discussions
Dracula
sea views
other people and music.

Feb 9, 2011

woke up this morning and listened to Deborah's theme
followed by Jill's theme both from once upon a time in America
felt a bit weird and l was awake and listening to music from early this morning
playing a bit of vinyl at present

Feb 8, 2011

spring like

it takes 20 seconds to be out on the farms and around a minute to be away from all houses form where l live

weather warm and breezy
sometimes l find the weather can have an affect
on the way l feel
today had loads of hoovering, cleaning, tidying at home
then when that's done have to start again tomorrow
same stuff

Feb 7, 2011

presently l feel

presently l feel
bit isolated
stretched
indifferent
angry
fed up

these emotions may need a bit more unpacking
really strange weekend for all those observing my journey
isolation
This north east coast colliery town
forgotten by the Forces/principality’s that govern?
stretched sometimes l feel only Kevin with the energy, thinking to move things further
or indeed the political ethic to allow stuff/project to die
angry

yes angry at young people who feel they can live below true potential.. smoking drinking...being abusive to those entrusted to help.

fed up

yes l have been here doing this for long time and l cannot see Gods hand especially when hear about 5 or even 16 converts to faith
we cannot get past stopping them using Jesus as a swear word
that may just be me at present
indifferent
indifferent a strange word
am l lazy or not bothered
when l feel share wisdom,it gets thrown back, such abusive behaviour
. . .making a female lady cry with words that are meant to hurt
also veiled threats towards other staff
. . gonna get my mum to slap her
l ponder for long time is this really good enough?

Like a long lonely stream

Like a long lonely stream
I keep runnin' towardas a dream
Movin' on, movin' on
Like a branch on a tree
I keep reachin' to be free
Movin' on, movin' on.

'Cause there's a place in the sun
Where there's hope for ev'ryone
Where my poor restless heart's gotta run.
There's a place in the sun
And before my life is done
Got to find me a place in the sun.

Like an old dusty road
I get weary from the load.
Movin' on, movin' on
Like this tired troubled earth
I've been rollin' since my birth
Movin' on, movin' on

'Cause there's a place in the sun
Where there's hope for ev'ryone
Where my poor restless heart's gotta run.
There's a place in the sun
And before my life is done
Got to find me a place in the sun.

place in the sun 4 everyone

The Tigers continued their promising run of form as they romped to a 5-1 win over local rivals Scunthorpe at Glanford Park on Saturday.

A hat-trick from Matty Fryatt and a second half brace from Aaron Mclean delivered City's biggest away win since beating Northampton by the same margin in October 2003.

Feb 2, 2011

been away from computer

took some time to be away switched off the fone
did not touch a computer
no e-mails
no texts
the world carried on
as though l was not there
nothing stopped
no one got hurt or damaged
life rolled the way it always has and does

is that good or not

Storms....huge weather variates at present

Huge winds brought chills waves and stormy conditions Despite this turmoil Got dressed, got out  Excitement conversation's  Pictures and...

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
