thank you lord Jesus its Friday
We gonna cook
train play footie
play badminton
eat and laughter




thank you lord Jesus its Friday
no need for alcohol
rowdy behaviour
mess on street corners
just music and chat and engagement
put my heavy weights downstairs near the place l sit and watch TV
hope that l will pick up and train a bit while watching TV
