Clear in NHS...obvious in Youth Community work ..Less Housing with measure around influence.

Church huge issue with those in National Church where issue with intellect and communication.

Advanced issue in Political establishment. Absence of natural leadership.

Unwilling to listen.

System and structures are unable to be flexible to service users.

Lack of promotion from coal face.

Individual are marginalized, left out

Not connected, further isolated.

Some Die become more ill, homes deteriorate, economic well being worsens.  

Drift into a difficult place in mind, plus bodies.
